Platform fees start at an organization minimum near fifty dollars a month — less than many clubs lose to unpaid dues or administrative friction in a single season. The hard part is not the fee; it is changing how the club operates. That is why every subscription includes standard onboarding at no setup fee: we configure the basics so membership can use the club on day one after leadership sign-off — without your staff fighting through settings alone.

Standard Onboarding Included

No setup fees for standard onboarding. We get your organization ready for day-one use. You still own the club after launch; we make sure you are not stuck configuring everything just to start.

Roles and permissions aligned to how your club operates
Membership types configured; roster imported from a reasonable source (for example a clean spreadsheet)
Core catalog and billing basics so members can sign in and use the product
Short orientation for the people who will run the system day to day

Standard onboarding is not a full historical migration. Document archives, reconciling many conflicting spreadsheets, and other deep data projects remain with the club or can be scoped separately — we will say so before any work begins.

Platform Usage Fees

You are billed on the first of each month for the prior month's activity. Member dues you collect for your club are separate and settle to your organization through Stripe — Hearth & Hall does not collect or hold that money.

Active Members

$1.79 per active member / month

An active member is anyone with credentials to use the platform — club members and staff alike. Family members added under a primary account do not count toward billing.

Mid-month adds and deactivations are prorated by calendar day in your organization's timezone.

Document Storage

25 GB included

Then $0.10 per GB for usage above the included allowance, measured at month end. Storage is priced to cover hosting costs — not as a profit center.

Organization Minimum

$49.99 per month

Every organization pays at least $49.99 per month. When active-member and storage usage meet or exceed $49.99, the minimum is waived and you pay usage only.

Stripe Card Processing

$2.9% + $0.30 per successful domestic card charge

Stripe's standard US card rate, passed through at cost — no Hearth & Hall markup. Billed on your monthly Platform Fees invoice; does not count toward the organization minimum.

How Billing Works

Invoices are created on the 1st for the prior calendar month.
Platform-usage invoice subtotal is the greater of usage (active members + storage overage) and the $49.99 organization minimum.
Stripe card processing on member payments is typically $2.9% + $0.30 per successful domestic card charge (Stripe's standard US rate), billed at 100% pass-through — it does not count toward the organization minimum.
No setup fees for standard onboarding — day-one configuration included; complex migrations scoped separately if needed.
Platform fees (this page) are charged to Hearth & Hall's payment account — not your Stripe Connect account for member dues.
Design partners and demos may receive a fee exemption by arrangement.
Larger organizations should discuss bulk pricing with us prior to onboarding.

Member Payments & Stripe

When members pay club dues and invoices, money goes to your organization through Stripe Connect at the full charge amount. Hearth & Hall does not collect, hold, or take a cut of those member payments, and does not add an application fee on the charge. Stripe's processing fees (typically $2.9% + $0.30 per successful domestic card charge) are billed to Hearth & Hall first, then recovered from your organization at 100% pass-through on the monthly Platform Fees invoice. That pass-through is separate from platform usage and does not count toward the $49.99 minimum.
