Hospitality & Reports

Reports helps stewards and hospitality staff see what is happening today and manage multi-day party counts without rebuilding spreadsheets.

Who can see what

View Permission
Meal Planning and Day Sheet reports.day-sheet.view (or Admin)
Week Sheet hospitality.week-sheet.manage (or Admin)

Grant those keys on your Steward / Hospitality role. Admins always see Reports when applicable.

Meal Planning

Shows today and tomorrow headcounts for active resources under the platform Meals kind (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner style), refreshing about every 20 seconds. Create those meal resources under Reservations → Catalog Setup so counts have something to aggregate.

Day Sheet

Lists day-of reservations (meals, lodging, tee times, boats, …) for kinds and resources marked On Day Sheet in Catalog Setup — turn that off for items like service fees.

Staff can print a day (or 3-day / week) sheet, mark attendance on paper, then update open tabs from Billing (Add Catalog Charge, change quantities, remove lines) or Reservations → Book / Grid. Both Meal Planning and Day Sheet are read-only in Reports.

Morning report email

Organization admins can enable the morning report email (scheduled digest at 6:00 in the organization timezone) so members with Day Sheet view receive today/tomorrow meal totals and overnight lodging counts. Recipients follow permission grants — there is no separate recipient picker yet.

Week Sheet

A tablet-friendly 7-day party / catalog-column grid driven by each resource’s On Week Sheet toggle in Catalog Setup.

  • Interval kinds and system Lodging (including Quantity room pools) span nights
  • Other Fixed Slot / Quantity resources are day-scoped

Hospitality staff can edit counts, Save (rewrites holds + open tabs), and Finalize Selected members (converts billable open-tab lines). Optional Send Invoices also needs billing.invoices.send.
